To ensure a pleasant park experiences for all guests, smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking room.

Notes

Smoking is only allowed in the smoking room, and any smoking by minors is prohibited.
When you use the smoking room, we may ask for your tickets if we feel age checking is necessary.

Please visit the Lost and Found if you have lost any of your belongings inside the park.

Please come and check to see whether your valuable belongings are there.

You may check the lost properties stored in the center.
You can visit the Lost and Found Center by yourself, or it is also possible to check the list of items at the Lost and Found board on the Adventure webpage.

Did you only find out about the lost items after returning home?

If you only realized you had lost items after returning home from the park, please contact the Lost and Found Center.
We cannot assure that all items will be found, but we will try our best to search for our guests’ valuable items.

Description

Large items such as personal stroller, musical instrument, carrier, long umbrella, etc., cannot be kept in a locker.
- Inside the Park: 1,000 Won (small), 1,500 won (large)
- Outside the Park: 1,000~2,000 Won /Additional charge will be imposed in excess of 12 hours
- Small locker: 372 (W) x 320 (H) x 500 (D)
- Large locker: 372 (W) x 800 (H) x 500 (D)
