Notes

1. The using of or re-issuing of the Pass is impossible if the Magic Pass Premium band is destroyed/damaged/lost.

2. The Magic Pass Premium is not applicable for the following attractions. - Charged facilities: Fantasy Forest, Tomb of Horror, Mirror Maze, Lotty’s Climbing - Attractions without the Magic Pass waiting lines: Brother Moon and Sister Suns, Kid's Bumper Car, Lotty’s Train, Dragon Train, Kidstoria, Kid’s Sightseeing Car, Load Nelson’s Armada, Geneva Cruise Lines, etc.

3. Any refunds for the Pass are impossible including in the following cases. - Unexpected inspection of attractions other than the previously announced suspension schedule. - In the case of the operation standby of Magic Island attractions due to the worsened weather conditions such as heavy rain or strong winds. - Other refund requests due to the customers change of plans or personal circumstances.
